SPORTS PROFILE · PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY

How to build a sports profile that shows what you bring.

Build a professional sports profile with your position, experience, achievements, video, goals and contact details. Use this practical checklist for athletes in any sport.

CREZA SPORTS NETWORKMore than a stat line.

Make your next sporting conversation easier to start.

01

A CLEARER WAY FORWARD

Put your sporting identity in one place.

A strong sports profile helps people understand where you have been, what you can do and where you want to go next.

01

Show more than numbers

Add roles, experience, achievements, highlights and the qualities behind your results.

02

Stay ready to share

Keep one profile current for teams, coaches, clubs and new opportunities.

03

Build your reputation

Make your progress visible as your sporting career develops.

Start with details a coach or club can scan quickly

Use your real name and state your sport, current role or position, location, current level and the type of opportunity you are seeking. Add an appropriate contact route and a recent profile image. If age or graduation year matters to the competition, provide it accurately without publishing sensitive identity documents.

Write a short introduction that explains your present situation and next goal. A useful summary is specific: “U18 goalkeeper in Dubai seeking a 2027 academy or university opportunity” gives more context than “hard-working athlete looking for my next challenge.”

Put experience, results and footage in context

List teams, competitions, positions and dates in a consistent order. Explain the level and your role so a reader outside your current league can understand the experience. Add selected achievements and statistics only when you can identify the season, competition and number of appearances behind them.

Link recent footage that makes you easy to identify. Label the match or event, date, level, position and shirt number where relevant. A short highlight video can introduce your performance, while full-match or full-event footage gives a reviewer more context. Check every link in a signed-out browser.

Use a sports profile checklist before sharing

Read the profile on a phone and ask whether a new coach can understand your role, current level and goal in under a minute. Remove outdated claims, broken links and repeated information. Check spelling, dates and team names, then compare the profile with the opportunity you plan to contact.

Sports profile checklist
Name · sport · position or discipline
Current team and competition level
Location and realistic travel or relocation range
Playing, coaching or professional experience with dates
Selected achievements with season and context
Recent highlight video and fuller footage when available
Qualifications or eligibility information relevant to the role
The opportunity you are seeking
A professional contact method
Date the profile was last reviewed

Update the profile when your situation changes

Review your profile after a new season, team, qualification, injury recovery milestone or change in your target opportunity. Keep older experience when it remains useful, but make the current role and latest evidence easy to find.

Your public profile should introduce your sporting work without exposing private records. Share eligibility documents, contracts, medical information and identity documents only through an appropriate private process with a verified recipient.
