Terms of use

CREZA is open for early access. These provisional terms describe the current service. Operator details and formal legal terms are still being finalized. Contact support with questions before using the service.

Minimum age: 15+

You must be at least 15 to hold and operate your own CREZA account, or older where local law requires. Members under 18 should review these terms with a parent or legal guardian and obtain any authorization required by law. Do not use a false age or another person’s account to bypass an age restriction.

Parent-managed accounts for younger athletes

We plan to offer parent-managed accounts where legally permitted. The parent or legal guardian must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and own and operate the account using their own login and contact details. The athlete’s identity and age must be recorded separately, and the profile must clearly show that an adult manages it. The adult handles all messages, posts, applications and registrations; the younger athlete must not sign in or operate the account.

The adult must have authority to share the athlete’s information, respect their privacy and share only what is needed. Parent management does not override legal restrictions on children’s accounts or personal information. Entering an age below the personal-account minimum does not automatically create a parent account. Parent-managed signup and verification are not available yet; this option requires a separate adult registration and verification process before it can be used.

Use an accurate professional identity

Represent your sporting experience honestly. Describe the actual squad, competition level and role you held. An affiliation does not make you an official club representative.

Opportunities

Members publish opportunities, scholarship ranges and contract ranges. These are offers from the publisher, not guarantees from CREZA. Confirm eligibility, credentials and the full terms directly before making commitments.

Current network features and payments

CREZA’s core sports network is free, including profiles, posts, connections, public club pages and opportunities. These features require no subscription. Management tools are unavailable on the current site. Private coaching listings are available; members can request a published session time, and the coach can confirm it. Requesting or confirming a time does not collect payment. Membership billing, boost purchases, payment checkout and coaching payouts are not enabled. Any future purchase must show its price and full payment terms before you authorize it. CREZA does not charge commission on opportunity postings, recruitment, salaries, scholarships or placements.

Community pages and access

Members may create unverified club pages. Officials may request control through a staff review. Platform staff may reassign access when the club’s authority is established. Creating a page does not verify your employment, affiliation or credentials.

Your content and other people’s rights

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting or uploading it, you give CREZA permission to store, reproduce and display it as needed to provide the service, in line with your audience settings. This does not transfer ownership of your work. Public copies saved by other people or search engines may remain after you remove content from CREZA.

Only upload photos, videos, logos, music and written material you have permission to use. Obtain any necessary permissions from people featured in your content. Do not fabricate reviews or recommendations, impersonate an organization, or claim qualifications or outcomes you cannot support.

To report a copyright or other rights concern, email crezasports@gmail.com with the affected URL, the work or right involved, your relationship to it and a way to contact you. Do not include unnecessary private documents.

Changes, moderation and your rights

Features may change during early access. Staff may restrict content or accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines. You can contact support to ask for a decision to be reviewed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
